What criteria do I need to meet if I want to be an exhibitor?
To keep Canada Blooms fresh and exciting, we want to make certain that we don't have 50 exhibitors selling similar products. All applicants, both returning and new, are subject to a review of their products and/or services. Also, 4-6 recent photos or an artistic rendering of your booth and product must be included with your application. If you would like these returned to you after the show, please provide a self-addressed envelope that is large enough and bears sufficient postage.
Hard wall booths are required in the Marketplace on the 800 Level. On Blooms Avenue all booths, regardless of size, must be under a tent (tent rental extra). Peninsula booths must be 20x20 or greater. To find out if your booth meets Canada's Blooms' requirements, please contact us.
Please note: Artisans applying for Artisan Alley must sell ‘hand made' products only.
To see if you meet the criteria for a non-profit exhibitor for Gardeners' Fare, please contact us.
I have additional products/services I would like to display that were not included on the application I submitted. Is this okay?
Canada Blooms is dedicated to providing our visitors with a wide variety of garden-related products. However, in order to make certain that your products/services meet our requirements, any products/services not included on the submitted application cannot be displayed.
What is the application deadline for being an exhibitor?
All applications are reviewed on a first come, first serve basis. To increase your chances of being an exhibitor please submit your application as soon as possible. Applications received after December 31, 2007 will be charged a surcharge of 5% of the total exhibit space requested.
What are the exhibitor fees?
Rates are $17 per sq. ft. - typical 10' x 10' being $1700 plus applicable taxes. For Artisan Alley, special booths have been created with each 5' x 10' booth costing $1,300 plus applicable taxes. If you wish to have a corner booth, there is an additional $150 charge.
For non-profit, horticulture-related groups, Canada Blooms supplies 8 x 8 booths for $325 plus applicable taxes. These booths will be displayed at the Gardeners' Fare. To learn more about how to qualify, please contact us.
How is the exhibitor space determined?
Allocation of exhibit space is based on receipt of application and deposit prior to October 31 and then a signed contract with 50% booth payment after October 31. Booths will be sold on a first come first serve basis.
